We've been
standing here trying to stretch our minds out
thinking about this common but poorly understood
aspect of a wide variety of schools and training
systems. We are
currently delving deep to find the roots of this
many branched approach to the cultivation of
internal energy through standing meditation.
Yesterday I was trying to be myself, today I'm
practicing being a tree; tomorrow I'll be a
